低速时永磁同步电机新型位置观测器设计 被引量:1

摘要 表贴式永磁同步电机(PMSM)零速和低速运行时,传统高频注入法由于电机交直轴对称性,难以估算表贴式电机转子位置。为此这里在虚拟脉振高频注入法的基础上,对转子位置估计算法进行改进,设计的新型转子位置观测器包含高频信号筛选与虚实轴坐标变换、转子信息外差法提取和控制器选择与机械运动方程设计,可有效提取虚拟坐标系和同步坐标系的相角误差和估计转子位置,与此同时,采用二阶广义积分器(SOGI)代替传统数字高阶滤波器,降低系统延时。仿真和实验证实了该方案的有效性。 When surface mount permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM)are running at zero speed and low speed,the traditional high-frequency injection method is difficult to estimate the rotor position of the surface mount motor due to the symmetry of the motor’s vertical axis.For this reason,the rotor position estimation algorithm is improved based on the virtual pulsation high-frequency injection method,and a new type of rotor position observer is designed including high-frequency signal screening and virtual and real axis coordinate transformation,rotor information heterodyne method extraction,controller selection and mechanical motion equation design,it can effectively extract the phase angle error of the virtual coordinate system and the synchronous coordinate system and estimate the rotor position,at the same time,the second-order generalized integrator(SOGI)is used to replace the traditional digital high-order filter to reduce the system delay.Simulation and experiment confirm the effectiveness of the scheme.
