摘要
在超厚卵石地层下方进行地下连续墙成槽施工的过程中,由于施工地质复杂,护臂及泥浆等十分容易出现渗漏情况,形成泥皮较难,整体工程槽壁稳定性不足,容易出现坍塌情况。因此,对超厚鹅卵石地层地下连续墙成槽关键技术进行深入研究有着十分重要的意义。论文以实际工程为例,对超厚卵石地层地下连续墙成槽关键技术进行探究,分析影响地下连续墙成槽质量的因素,阐述成槽机械选型以及纠偏精度,提出超厚卵石地层地下连续墙的成槽方法以及泥浆护壁技术,以供参考。
In the process of trench construction of diaphragm wall under the super thick pebble stratum,due to the complex construction geology,the arm guard and mud are very easy to leak,so it is difficult to form mud skin,which leads to the insufficient stability of the whole project trench wall and prone to collapse.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the key technology of trench forming of underground diaphragm wall in super thick pebble stratum.This paper explores the key technology of trench forming of underground diaphragm wall in super thick pebble stratum,combining with a practical project,analyzes the factors affecting the quality of underground continuous wall grooving,and expounds the selection of grooving machinery and the precision of rectifying deviation,then puts forward the measures of trench forming of underground diaphragm wall in super thick pebble,and the slurry wall protection technology,for reference.
