摘要
研究了P变质处理对过共晶Al-12.68Mg-7.32Si合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着P添加量的增加,合金中初生Mg_(2)Si形貌由铸态时粗大树枝状和板块状转变为细小的近球状和多边形,棱角完全钝化,尖角消失,其尺寸得到了显著细化,最小平均尺寸为13.91μm;共晶Mg_(2)Si形貌由长片层状向短片层状、细杆状和颗粒状转变。当P添加量为0.1%时,合金抗拉强度和伸长率达到最大值,分别为151.9 MPa和3.12%,同铸态相比,抗拉强度提升了96%,伸长率提升了136%,合金断裂形式为韧-脆混合断裂。
The paper is a study on the effect of P modification on the microstructure and mechanical properties ofhypereutectic Al-12.68Mg-7.32Si alloy.The study results show that with increasing the content of P,themorphology of primary Mg_(2)Si changed from coarse dendritic and plate shape to fine spherical and polygonalshape.The edges completely passivated and the sharp angles disappeared.The size of primary Mg_(2)Si wasremarkably refined and the minimum average size was about 13.91 μm;the morphology of eutectic Mg_(2)Si changed from long lamellar to short lamellar,fine rod-shaped and granular.When the P content was 0.1%,the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy reached their maximum values:151.9MPa and 3.12%,respectively.As comparison with the as-cast alloy,the tensile strength and the elongation were increased by 96% and 136%,respectively.The fracture form of alloy was ductile-brittleness mixed fracture.
