摘要
目的探究并对比瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病(CHD)的临床疗效。方法选取2019年4月~2020年8月收治的156例老年CHD患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组78例。对照组予以阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组予以瑞舒伐他汀治疗。比较两组治疗前后心功能[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESd)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)]、血脂水平[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、血管内皮功能[一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)]及血清Apelin水平。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组LVEF及血清NO、CGRP、Apelin水平均明显更高(P<0.05),LVESd、LVEDd及TC、TG、LDL-C、ET水平均明显更低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(8.97%vs.7.69%,P>0.05)。结论与阿托伐他汀相比,瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病疗效更好,能够更有效调节血脂及血管内皮功能,提高心功能。
Objective To explore and compare the clinical efficacy of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 156 elderly patients with CHD admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 78 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin while the observation group was treated with rosuvastatin.The cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESd),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd)],blood lipids[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)],vascular endothelial function[nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)]and serum Apelin were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the LVEF and levels of serum NO,CGRP and Apelin in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05)while the LVESd,LVEDd and levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and ET were significantly lower(P<0.05)compared with those in the control group.There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(8.97%vs.7.69%,P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with atorvastatin,rosuvastatin has a better efficacy in the treatment of coronary heart disease,and it can more effectively regulate blood lipids and vascular endothelial function,and improve cardiac function.
