摘要
目的分析跟骨锁定钢板内固定术治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效及对并发症发生率的影响。方法回顾分析医院2019年1月—2020年3月收治的跟骨骨折患者120例,按治疗方式分组,其中60例接受跟骨锁定钢板内固定术治疗(观察组),另60例接受普通钢板内固定术治疗(对照组),比较治疗效果。结果观察组很好率85.00%高于对照组55.00%,好8.33%、差3.33%低于对照组21.67%、16.67%(P<0.05),一般率3.33%跟对照组6.67%比,数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症总发生率3.33%显著低于对照组18.33%(P<0.05);比较Gissane角、Bohler角,治疗前组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组Gissane角、Bohler角高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、骨折愈合时间低于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗跟骨骨折采用跟骨锁定钢板内固定术,此方式安全高效,且患者术后功能恢复效果和恢复速度更好、更快。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of calcaneal locking plate internal fixation for calcaneal fractures and its influence on the incidence of complications.Methods 120 cases of patients with calcaneal fractures and who treated in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods,60 cases were treated with calcaneal locking plate internal fixation(observation group),and the other 60 cases were treated with ordinary plate internal fixation(control group).Then the treatment effect was compared.Results The excellent rate in the observation group was 85.00%,which was higher than in the control group of 55.00%,and the good 8.33%,poor 3.33%was lower than the control group of 21.67%,16.67%(P<0.05).The general rate was 3.33%were compared with the control group of 3.33%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group of 18.33%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Gissane angle and Bohler angle before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the Gissane angle and Bohler angle in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and fracture healing time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of calcaneal fractures adopts calcaneal locking plate internal fixation,which is safe and efficient,and the patient’s postoperative functional recovery effect and recovery speed are better and faster.
