摘要
回填式搅拌摩擦点焊是一种先进的固相点连接技术,在轻质合金的连接方面具有良好的应用前景。除试验研究外,数值模拟是对过程较复杂的回填式搅拌摩擦点焊工艺进行研究的重要手段,可实现焊接过程特征描述、焊接工艺参数优化以及接头性能预测等方面的分析。本文对近年来国内外回填式搅拌摩擦点焊的数值模拟研究结果进行了归纳与总结,包括温度场、应力场、流场及力学性能等。
Refill friction stir spot welding(RFSSW) is an advanced solid state spot joining technology,and it has a good application prospect in the connection of light alloys. Besides experimental method, numerical simulation method is a main method to investigate the complex RFSSW process, which can describe the characteristics during welding, optimize the welding process parameters and predict the property of the joint. The numerical simulation studies of RFSSW in China and other countries in recent years were summarized, including temperature field, stress filed, flow field and mechanical properties.
