摘要
目的:分析1950-2021年Web of science、中国知网收录的表皮生长因子受体-酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor,EGFR-TKIs)耐药,研究进展、知识基础、研究热点及研究前沿,为未来开展EGFR-TKIs研究提供参考。方法:利用CiteSpace 5.6.R4软件对论文的发文量、作者合作、关键词共现、关键词聚类、关键词突现、时间线进行分析及可视化展现。结果:共检索到英文文献1703篇,中文文献2651篇;近年来EGFR-TKIs耐药备受关注;英文发文量最多的是以Pao W为代表的作者,中文发文量最多的是以周彩存为代表的作者;热点主要集中在免疫治疗、基因测序、生物标志物、耐药机制、新药研究;前沿为联合用药、上皮-间充质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)。结论:EGFR-TKIs耐药研究正处于快速发展阶段,本研究可为快速掌握EGFR-TKIs耐药研究内容和研究热点提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To explore the drug resistance of epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitors(EGFR-TKIs)in the databases of Web of Science and CNKI from 1950 to 2021,research advances,basic knowledge,research hotspots and research frontiers so as to provide references for future research on EGFR-TKIs.METHODS CiteSpace5.6.R4 software was utilized for visualizing the number of papers published,author cooperation,keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering,keyword emergence and timeline.RESULTS A total of 1703 articles in English and 2651 articles in Chinese were retrieved;EGFR-TKIs resistance has attracted much attention in recent years;Pao W was the author with the largest amount of English publications and Zhou Caicun generated the largest amount of Chinese publications.Hot spots concentrated upon immunotherapy,gene sequencing,biomarkers,drug resistance mechanisms and new drug exploration.The frontiers included combination medication and epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT).CONCLUSION EGFR-TKIs drug resistance research has enjoyed a rapid development.This study can provide a reference for quickly grasping the essentials and hotspots of EGFR-TKIs drug resistance.
