摘要
目的研究不同栽培模式下知母种子的质量及其与药材产量和质量的关系,筛选适合知母优良种子生产的繁殖方式,探讨能否实现优良种子和优质高产知母药材生产同步进行的栽培模式。方法对10份不同播量、不同等级种苗和不同根茎移栽知母种子千粒重、含水量、发芽率和胚着色率4个指标进行检测,对4个指标的测定结果进行方差分析、相关性分析和主成分分析;测定不同处理所得知母药材产量及药用成分含量,对种子质量与药材产量及质量进行相关性分析。结果不同处理间知母种子千粒重、含水量、发芽率和胚着色率有明显差异,生产上可以把生活力和发芽率作为知母种子质量评价的主要指标。种子质量与药材产量和质量无明显相关关系。结论生产上知母种子繁育建议直播或一级种苗移栽,知母药材种植建议种苗移栽或根茎移栽。
Objective This paper studies the quality of Anemarrhena seeds and its relationship with the yield and quality of medicinal materials under different cultivation modes.We are looking forward to selecting the propagation mode suitable for the production of Anemarrhena seeds and discussing whether the cultivation mode of simultaneous production of excellent seeds and high-yield and high-quality medicinal materials can be realized.Methods Four indexes,i.e.1000 seed weight,moisture content,germination rate and embryo coloration rate,were tested in 10 types of Anemarrhena seeds with different sowing amounts,different grades of seedlings and different rhizomes.Variance analysis and correlation analysis were carried out for the four indexes.We measured the yield of Anemarrhena asphodeloides with different treatments.According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia,we have determined the content of the medicinal components of Anemarrhena asphodeloides by HPLC.The correlation between seed quality and yield and quality of medicinal materials was carried out Analysis.Results Among the four indexes of 1000 grain weight,moisture content,germination rate and embryo coloring rate,germination rate and embryo coloring rate have more important effects on seed quality.Embryo coloring rate can be used as a quick method to test the quality of Anemarrhena asphodeloides seeds in production.The results showed that there were differences in the four indexes of 1000 seed weight,moisture content,germination rate and embryo coloring rate among different seeding rate,different seedling level and different rhizome transplanting Anemarrhena asphodeloides.The water content,germination rate and embryo coloring rate of the seeds of Anemarrhena transplanted with different seedingrates and different grades of seedlings were higher than those of the seeds of Anemarrhena transplanted with different rhizomes.The seed vigor of Anemarrhena transplanted with different seeding rates and different grades of seedlings was higher thanthose of the seeds of Anemarrhena trans
