摘要
目的研究中药明目五子汤联合针刺治疗肝肾阴虚型水样液缺乏性干眼症的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月—2020年7月浙江中医药大学附属宁波市中医院接收的60例肝肾阴虚型干眼症患者,随机分为A组和B组,每组30例。A组采用中药明目五子汤治疗,B组在A组的基础上给予针刺疗法。比较2组患者的泪液分泌测试(Schirmer I test,SIT)、泪膜破裂时间(Tear film break up time,BUT)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、干眼症积分及角膜染色评分。结果B组治疗后的SIT、BUT优于A组,IL-6水平和干眼症积分低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药明目五子汤联合针刺治疗肝肾阴虚型干眼症,能改善患者的内膜稳定性和干眼症症状,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of Mingmu Wuzi decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of aqueous tear deficiency xerophthalmia of yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods From January 2017 to July 2020,60 patients with xerophthalmia of yin deficiency of liver and kidney in Ningbo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University were selected.They were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 30 patients in each group.Group A was treated with Mingmu Wuzi decoction,and group B was treated with acupuncture therapy on the basis of group A.The Schirmer I test(SIT),Tear film break up time(BUT),interleukin-6(IL-6),dry eye score and corneal staining score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,group B had better SIT and BUT than group A,and the il-6 level and dry eye score were lower than group A,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Mingmu Wuzi decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively improve patients’ocular surface inflammation and help restore the stability of basic tear film,which is worthy of promotion.
