摘要 国六排放标准GB 18352.6—2016中对底盘测功机设定加载阻力提出了一种新的方法:固定运转法。从计算原理入手分析,并选取1辆样车在转鼓上开展滑行试验,对比分析固定运转法与迭代法的差异,还对采用2种滑行方法得到的加载阻力分别进行了国六排放试验。结果表明:固定运转法相对迭代法更简单,且没有±10 N的限值要求;样车采用2种滑行方法所得到的测功机加载力差异不大,平均偏差2.4 N,最大差值为3.08 N,相对道路阻力的最大偏差点是20 km/h处,相对偏差比例为1.9%。样车在2种阻力下油耗结果相同,污染物中PN相对偏差13.6%,其他污染物排放结果差异较小,偏差值均在3%以内。 In the national emission standard GB 18352.6-2016,a new method for setting load resistance of chassis dynamometer is proposed:fixed running method. The fixed running method is analyzed from the calculation principle,and a sample vehicle is selected to carry out the coasting test. The difference between the fixed running method and the iterative method is compared and analyzed. In addition,the loading resistance obtained by the two coasting methods is used to carry out China 6 emission test. The results show that the fixed running method is simpler than the iterative method,and there is no limit value of ± 10 N. The load force of the dynamometer obtained by the two sliding methods has little difference,the average deviation is 2.4 N,the maximum difference is 3.08 N,the maximum deviation point of relative road resistance is 20 km/h,and the relative deviation ratio is 1.9%. The results of fuel consumption of the sample vehicle under the two kinds of resistance are the same,and the relative deviation of PN in the pollutants is 13.6%. There is little difference in the emission results of other pollutants,and the deviation values are all within 3%.
