摘要
通过采用低碳、低锰和微铌合金化成分设计路线,高洁净度钢水和高质量铸坯的生产以及合理的控轧控冷正火工艺,成功开发出500 MPa级水电钢。其金相组织主要为铁素体+珠光体,且晶粒尺寸细小、均匀,晶粒度评级为12级,使得该水电钢具有高强度和良好的低温韧性特点。
By adopting chemical composition design of low carbon,low manganese,microalloying of niobium and appropriate microalloying,high cleanliness smelting,high quality slab production,reasonable controlled rolling,controlled cooling and normalizing process,500 MPa hydropower steel has been successfully developed.The microstructure of the steel is mainly ferrite and pearlite,and the grain size is fine and uniform.The grade of grain size is 12,which makes the steel have high strength and good low temperature toughness.
