摘要
目的观察针推调神醒脑法治疗脑卒中后睡眠倒错的临床疗效。方法将2019年12月—2020年10月四川大学华西医院康复医学中心收治的60例脑卒中后睡眠倒错患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。2组均给予营养支持、控制血压、控制血糖、抗血小板聚集、预防电解质紊乱及保持呼吸道通畅、辅助康复功能训练等基础治疗。治疗组在基础治疗同时给予针推调神醒脑法(三部益智调神推拿+醒脑开窍针法)治疗,对照组在基础治疗同时给予右佐匹克隆口服,2组疗程均为10 d。观察比较2组治疗前后阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠量表(PSQI)评分、脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度(MESSS)评分,评估2组临床疗效。结果2组治疗后AIS、PSQI、MESSS评分均明显低于治疗前(P均<0.05),治疗组治疗后AIS、PSQI、MESSS评分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.3%(28/30),明显高于对照组的86.7%(26/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针推调神醒脑法是一种脑卒中后睡眠倒错的有效治疗方法,该方法能改善睡眠总时长,调节睡眠节律,减轻脑卒中后神经缺损程度。
Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Tiaoshen Xingnao method of acupuncture-massage on post-stroke perversion of sleep.Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke perversion of sleep admitted to rehabilitation medical center of West China Hospital of Si chuan University from December 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatments such as nutritional support,blood pressure control,blood sugar control,anti-platelet aggregation,prevention of electrolyte disorders,and maintenance of airway patency,and assisted rehabilitation training.The treatment group was given Tiaoshen Xingnao method of acupuncture-massage(three-part Yizhi Tiaoshen massage+Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture)based on the basic treatment,and the control group was given dexzopiclone orally based on the basic treatment.The course of treatment in both groups was 10 days.The Assens Insomnia Scale(AIS)score,Pittsburgh Sleep Scale(PSQI)score,and the clinical neurological deficit(MESSS)score of stroke patients before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.The changes in the AIS score,PSQI score,and MESSS score of stroke patients were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results The total effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group,significantly higher than 86.7%in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiaoshen Xingnao method of acupuncture-massage is an effective treatment method for post-stroke perversion of sleep.This method can improve the total length of sleep,regulate sleep rhythm,and relieve the degree of neurological deficit after stroke.
