摘要
“十四五”规划和国家2035年远景目标建议中特别强调加快推动绿色低碳发展,大力发展绿色建筑,在发展绿色建筑的同时应坚持绿色建筑的设计理念。本文主要分析和探讨了设计住宅建筑时绿色建筑设计理念的应用。首先简单介绍了绿色建筑设计理念,提出其理念在住宅建筑设计中的应用原则,并强调其理念的应用在当代住宅设计中的必要性,最后提出设计对策与建议及具体案例的分析以表明其合理性与可实施性。以此推动生态宜居的可持续住宅建筑环境的构建,提高人们的生活质量水平,为人民提供健康、安全、便利、高效的生活环境。
In the“14th Five-year”Plan and the national Long-range Objectives Through the Year 2035,it is particularly emphasized to accelerate the promotion of green and low-carbon development and vigorously develop green buildings.We should adhere to the design concept of green building while developing green building.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the application of green building design concept in the design of residential buildings.First,briefly introduces the concept of green building design,then puts forward the application principles of the concept in the residential building design,and emphasizes the necessity of the application of the concept in the contemporary residential design.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions of the design and the analysis of specific cases are put forward to show the rationality and feasibility.In order to promote the construction of ecological and livable sustainable residential building environment,improve people’s quality of life and provide a healthy,safe,convenient and efficient living environment.
