摘要
目的研究围术期护理干预在肾结石合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法共选取该院在2019年5月—2020年5月收治的60例肾结石合并糖尿病患者作为该次研究对象,开展研究前用随机数字表法分组,每组30例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上开展围术期护理干预,比较两种护理模式对患者生理和心理相关指标产生影响的异同。结果观察组与对照组相比,患者术后并发症发生率更低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);开展护理前两组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但护理后与护理前相比,两组患者的血糖值均明显降低,且观察组护理后的两项血糖值显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组患者均伴有相似程度的焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪,评分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但护理后与护理前相比,患者的负面情绪均有所改善,且观察组护理后的焦虑和抑郁评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组相比,患者对护理工作的满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对肾结石合并糖尿病患者进行围术期护理干预更有利于降低术后并发症的发生风险,可稳定患者的血糖值,同时还可以缓解患者的负面情绪,且获得了患者的认可与满意,因此,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。
Objective To study the effect of perioperative nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with kidney stones and diabetes.Methods A total of 60 patients with kidney stones and diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.Before the study was carried out,they were divided into groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group carried out perioperative nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing care to compare two nursing modes on the physiological and psychological indicators of patients.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),but the blood glucose values of the two groups were significantly decreased after nursing compared with before nursing,and the two blood glucose values of the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Care the two groups of patients were presented with similar degree of anxiety and depression,score than there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),after care compared with before treatment in patients with negative emotions were improved,and the anxiety and depression scores of nursing after the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,patients'satisfaction with nursing work was higher in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention for patients with kidney stones and diabetes is more conducive to reducing the risk of postoperative complications,stabilizing the patient
