摘要
储气罐疲劳开裂失效已成为乡镇中小化工生产企业突出的安全生产风险隐患,直接影响化工厂区的长周期稳定运行。现场安全生产巡视小组对某生产企业储气罐检查发现其本体存在大量开裂,通过技术机构采用金相、金属磁记忆检测对开裂部位进行基础分析,同时结合储气罐的使用工况进一步分析裂纹产生原因,为设计、安装施工、业主、检验、行政监察提供管理使用借鉴。建议今后加强重视厂区储气罐的合理安装与管理使用,法定检验需高度关注设备本体存在的不合理安装附属设施,进一步保障企业长周期安全生产。
Fatigue cracking failure of gas storage tanks has become a prominent hidden danger of safety production in small and medium-sized chemical production enterprises in towns and villages,which directly affects the long-term stable operation of chemical plants.The on-site safety inspection team found a large number of cracks in the gas storage tank of a production enterprise during the inspection.Through the technical mechanism,metallographic and metal magnetic memory detection were adopted to conduct basic analysis on the cracking site.At the same time,the causes of cracks were further analyzed in combination with the service conditions of the gas storage tank.lt provides a reference for the management and use of design,installation,construction,owners,inspection and administrative supervision.It is suggested to pay more attention to the reasonable installation and management of gas storage tanks in the factory in the future,and the legal inspection should pay high attention to the unreasonable installation of auxiliary facilities existing in the equipment itself,so as to further guarantee the long-term safety of production of enterprises.
