摘要 根据C60-8.83/535型汽轮机冷态启动时存在的高压缸上、下缸壁温差大,机组正胀差大和机组振动大的问题,提出了优化启动措施,解决了高压缸温差大的问题,减少了启动时高压缸产生的热应力及热变形。 According to the problems of large temperature difference between the upper and lower cylinder walls of the high pressure cylinder during cold start of the C60-8.83/535 type steam turbine,large positive expansion difference of the unit and large unit vibration,an optimized start-up measure was proposed to solve the problem of large temperature difference of the high pressure cylinder.The problem is to reduce the thermal stress and thermal deformation of the high-pressure cylinder during startup.
