摘要
目的:探讨导乐分娩联合集束化护理对瘢痕子宫再次妊娠经阴道分娩产妇产程及妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月瘢痕子宫且拟进行阴道分娩的产妇100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采取常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上实施导乐分娩联合集束化护理。比较两组产妇产程时间、分娩方式及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果:观察组各产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中转剖宫产率、围产儿不良结局发生率及产妇产后出血率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对瘢痕子宫再次妊娠经阴道分娩产妇实施导乐分娩联合集束化护理,明显缩短了产程,可降低不良妊娠结局发生率,提高分娩成功率。
Objective:To explore the effect of doula delivery combined with clustered nursing care on labor course and pregnancy outcome of re-pregnant parturients with scar uterus and vaginal delivery.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,100 women with scarred uterus who were planning to undergo vaginal delivery were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group took routine care.The observation group implemented doula delivery combined with clustered care on the basis of routine care.The time of labor,delivery method and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of each labor in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of conversion to cesarean section,incidence of adverse perinatal outcomes and postpartum hemorrhage rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of doula delivery combined with clustered nursing for re-pregnant parturients with scar uterus and vaginal delivery can significantly shorten the labor process,reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and increase the success rate of delivery.
