高职师范生农村实习支教的现实困境及优化路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 高职师范生农村支教实习存在一些问题:为缓解师资的不足,受援地学校所安排的教学实习专业不对口;“双导师制”贯彻不彻底,支教生因缺乏现场导师指导而难以获得理想的实习效果;高职院校师范生生源素质亟待提高等,这些问题客观上制约着教育公平和教育的均衡发展。适当采用线上线下相结合的方式,通过多学科导师的交叉培养,使支教生能适应实习阶段教学工作的需要;全面贯彻执行教育部师范生培养的“双导师制”,强化支教生的教学实践能力;提升农村地区教师待遇,营造尊师重教氛围,吸引优秀高职师范生投身农村教育事业,以加强农村地区师资队伍建设、确保农村地区教学质量稳步提升,促进教育公平发展。 There are some problems in the rural volunteer teaching practice of vocational normal students in higher vocational colleges.In order to alleviate the shortage of teachers,the teaching practice majors arranged by the recipient schools are not suitable.The implementation of the“double tutor system”is not complete,and the volunteer students are difficult to obtain ideal practice results due to the lack of on-site tutor guidance.It is urgent to improve the quality of normal college students in higher vocational colleges.These problems objectively restrict the educational equity and balanced development of education.The combination of online and offline methods and cross-training of multi-disciplinary tutors should be appropriately adopted to enable the volunteer teachers to meet the needs of the teaching work in the internship stage.It aims to carry out the“double tutor system”of normal university students of ministry of education,and strengthen the teaching practice ability of volunteer students.We will improve the treatment of teachers in rural areas,create an atmosphere where teachers are respected and education is valued,and attract outstanding normal college students to devote themselves to rural education,so as to strengthen the construction of teachers in rural areas,ensure the steady improvement of teaching quality in rural areas,and promote the fair development of education.
