当大采高采煤机的破碎装置在井下操作时,主要通过内部齿轮啮合来进行传动。在传动机构中,为防止传动机构过载损坏,需要设置机械保护装置对破碎机构进行保护。研究发现破碎机构的机械保护装置在更换时费时费力、更换太阳轮成本过高且工人受伤风险大;改进后,机械保护装置不与太阳轮直接相连,更换时间和成本分别降低了1.5个小时和30%以上,同时工人受伤风险大幅度降低,提高采煤机的工作效率。
When the crushing device of a large mining height shearer is operated underground,it is mainly driven by internal gear meshing.In the transmission mechanism,in order to prevent the transmission mechanism from being damaged due to overload,a mechanical protection device is required to protect the crushing mechanism.The study found that the mechanical protection device of the crushing mechanism is time-consuming and laborious to replace,the cost of replacing the sun gear is too high,and the risk of worker injury is high;after the improvement,the mechanical protection device is not directly connected to the sun gear,and the replacement time and cost are reduced by 1.5 hours.At the same time,the risk of worker injury is greatly reduced,and the work efficiency of the shearer is improved.
