摘要
目的分析乳腺增生症患者护理需求,评价辅助优质护理干预的积极意义。方法选择我院2019年12月至2020年8月收治的乳腺增生症患者,总计94例。予以患者纤维乳管镜治疗的基础上,进行随机数字表法分组护理。对照组(n=47)采取常规护理,观察组(n=47)辅助优质护理干预,比较两组乳腺增生症患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者皮下积液、乳头出血总发生率(2.12%)明显低于对照组(12.76%),护理总满意度(95.74%)明显高于对照组的80.85%,P<0.05。护理后,两组乳腺增生症患者的SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论纤维乳管镜治疗乳腺增生症期间配合优质护理干预能够满足患者护理需求,有助于稳定患者情绪、减少并发症。
Objective To analyze the nursing needs of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands,and to evaluate the positive significance of auxiliary high-quality nursing interventions.Methods A total of 94 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to August 2020 were selected.Based on the treatment of the patients with fiberoptic ductoscopy,the random number table method was used for group nursing.The control group(n=47)took routine nursing care,and the observation group(n=47)assisted with high-quality nursing intervention to compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands.Results The total incidence of subcutaneous fluid and nipple hemorrhage in the observation group(2.12%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(12.76%),and the total nursing satisfaction(95.74%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.85%),P<0.05.After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion During the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands,fiber ductoscopy cooperates with high-quality nursing intervention to meet the nursing needs of patients,help stabilize patients'mood and reduce complications.
