摘要
目的探究中西医结合治疗对痰瘀互结型非酒精性脂肪肝患者相关指标及中医证候积分的影响。方法收集我科共120例痰瘀互结型非酒精性脂肪肝患者相关资料进行研究,均分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。采用瑞舒伐他汀钙片对对照组患者进行治疗,观察组患者在此之上采用中医药方降脂护肝,1个疗程时长为10 d,为期3个疗程。测定不同组别患者的肝功能指标、血脂水平和有关中医症候积分。结果相对于对照组患者的中医症候治疗显效(65.00%),观察组有显著提升(88.33%);不同组别患者各项指标水平在进行治疗后均出现明显改善,且观察组患者肝功能和血脂各指标情况出现更佳好转,比较差异均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论运用中西医相辅对痰瘀互结型非酒精性脂肪肝患者进行治疗,患者不良症状得到有效改善,临床治疗效果佳,具有很好的临床推广应用潜力。
Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment on related indicators and TCM syndrome score of patients with phlegm and blood stasis type of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods A total of 120 cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver patients with phlegm and blood stasis in our department were collected for research,and they were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets,and the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine for lipid-lowering and liver-protection.A course of treatment lasted 10 days and lasted for 3 courses.Measure liver function indexes,blood lipid levels and scores of related TCM syndromes of patients in different groups.Results Compared with the treatment of TCM symptoms in the control group(65.00%),the observation group has a significant improvement(88.33%);the levels of various indicators in the different groups of patients have been significantly improved after treatment,and the liver function and blood lipids of the observation group The conditions of each index improved better,and the differences were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treat patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver with phlegm and blood stasis combined has effectively improved the patient's adverse symptoms,with good clinical treatment effects,and has a good potential for clinical promotion and application.
