摘要
中俄两国经济合作需以金融合作为基础,但相较于在其他产业合作,两国在金融领域的合作深度、广度仍旧有待进一步提升。随着黑龙江自贸区的获批,为深化黑龙江省对俄金融合作带来了新的机遇和挑战,在此背景下,对俄金融合作的外部环境充满复杂性,并存在一些问题,应深化合作,建立稳定的金融合作基础,实现中俄之间的深度发展。
The economic cooperation between China and Russia should take the fi nancial cooperation as the foundation,and take the deeper and wider fi nancial cooperation between the two countries.With the approval of Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone,Heilongjiang-Russia fi nancial cooperation has brought new opportunities and challenges.In this context,the external environment of fi nancial cooperation with Russia is full of complexity problems.Therefore,it is necessary to deepen cooperation,to establish a stable foundation for financial cooperation and to realize the in-depth development between China and Russia.
