摘要
公路标线涂料玻璃珠含量是检测标线质量的重要指标之一。检测试验采用的化学溶剂清洗法对混合物中的涂料清洗不完全,造成试验结果与涂料玻璃珠的真实含量偏差较大。通过比对试验,采用稳健Z比分数法进行分析,找出影响检测结果的关键因素并加以改进,以提高涂料玻璃珠含量指标检测的准确性。
The glass bead content of highway marking paint is one of the important indicators for detecting the quality of marking.The chemical solvent cleaning method used in the detection test cannot completely clean the paint in the mixture,resulting in a large deviation between the test result and the true content of the paint glass beads.Through the comparison experiment,the robust Z-score method has been used for analysis to find out the key factors affecting the detection results in order to improve the accuracy of the coating glass bead content index detection.
