摘要
广东紫惠高速公路紫金段基岩主要为下侏罗系蓝塘群粉砂岩,遇水极易崩解、软化,且局部软岩有一定的膨胀性。为合理利用软岩,进行了强风化粉砂岩的物质组成、易溶盐和碳酸钙含量、膨胀性、吸水性、液塑限,以及击实试验和CBR试验等,并开展了94区和96区利用粉砂软岩填筑压实工艺现场试验。试验结果表明,蓝塘系粉砂岩路堤的CBR可满足现行路基设计规范的要求,粉砂岩在94区填筑时碾压7遍和96区填筑时碾压9遍后压实度可达到规范要求,路堤平均压实度与碾压遍数表现出良好的相关性。
The bedrock at Zijin Section ofZihui Expressway Project in Guangdong Province has been mainly the Lower Jurassic Lantang Group siltstone,which is easily disintegrated and softened when exposed to water,and the local soft rock has a certain degree of swelling.In order to make reasonable use of the soft rock,the material composition of the strongly weathered siltstone,content of soluble salt and calcium carbonate,swelling property,water absorption,liquid plastic limit,compaction test and CBR test have been carried out,withsite compactiontest of silt and soft rock forLayers of 94 and 96.The test results have shown that the Lantang siltstone road CBR can meet requirements of current roadbed design specifications.The compaction of the siltstone can reach the specification after the siltstone is rolled 7 times when filling in layer of 94and 9 times for layer of 96,a good correlation between the average compaction degree of the embankment and the number of rolling passes could be obtained.
