摘要
目的:分析儿童手术护理中应用综合化护理措施的价值和意义。方法:选取2019年9月至2020年4月德州市妇幼保健院收治的需手术治疗的儿童136例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组68例。观察组患儿采用综合化护理,对照组患儿采用常规化护理,分析2组患儿的护理依从率、综合生命功能改善情况。结果:观察组综合依从率为100.00%,对照组综合依从率为92.65%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的不良情绪如焦虑抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的治疗信心、睡眠质量改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理在儿童手术护理中运用价值明显,可提升患儿的护理依从率,减少其不良情绪,提升其睡眠质量,并增强患儿的治疗信心,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the value and significance of comprehensive nursing measures in children′s surgical nursing.Methods:One hundred and thirty-six children requiring surgical treatment in Dezhou Women and Children Health Care Center from September 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 68 cases in each group.The children in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing and the children in the control group were treated with routine nursing.The nursing compliance rate and the improvement of comprehensive life function of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The comprehensive compliance rate was 100.00%in the observation group and 92.65%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of bad emotions such as anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of treatment confidence and sleep quality in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing has obvious application value in children′s surgical nursing.It can improve children′s nursing compliance rate,reduce their bad mood,improve their sleep quality,and enhance children′s treatment confidence.It is worthy of clinical application.
