摘要
目的在结直肠癌手术患者中应用临床路径表,以提高患者护理质量.方法选取2018年6月1日-2019年12月31日某院收治的结直肠癌患者102例,所有患者均接受结直肠癌开腹手术,根据随机数表法分为试验组和对照组各51例,对照组患者采用常规护理措施,试验组患者实施临床护理路径表进行护理干预,比较两组患者治疗疗效,并对两组结直肠癌患者临床相关指标进行比较,观察两组患者手术并发症和患者满意度情况.结果试验组患者肛门通气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次进食时间、首次下床时间和住院时间均明显少于对照组(t=17.973、8.901、12.658、20.655、7.019,P=0.000),差异具有统计学意义.试验组并发症发生率(9.80%)明显低于对照组(25.49%),χ2=4.317,P=0.038.试验组患者满意度(96.08%)高于对照组(82.35%),χ2=7.865,P=0.020.结论实施临床护理路径表在结直肠癌手术患者的应用效果显著,可明显缩短患者进食时间和住院时间,并发症较少,患者满意度较高,值得临床进一步推广.
Objective Clinical path table was used in patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery to improve the quality of nursing care.Methods A total of 102 patients with colorectal cancer treated in a hospital from June 1,2018 to December 31,2019 were selected.All patients underwent laparotomy for colorectal cancer.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into experimental group(n=51)and control group(n=51).The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing measures.the patients in the experimental group were treated with clinical nursing path table,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and the clinical related indexes of patients with colorectal cancer were compared between the two groups.The operative complications and patient satisfaction were observed in the two groups.Results The anal ventilation time,bowel sound recovery time,first feeding time,first time out of bed and hospitalization time in the test group were significantly less than those in the control group(t=17.973,8.901,12.658,20.655,7.019,P=0.000).The incidence of complications in the test group(9.80%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(25.49%)(χ2=4.317,P=0.038).The satisfaction of patients in the test group(96.08%)was higher than that in the control group(82.35%)(χ2=7.865,P=0.020).Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing path table has a significant effect on patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery,which can significantly shorten the feeding time and hospitalization time of patients,with fewer complications and higher patient satisfaction,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
