全身振动训练在老年肌少症应用的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 老年肌少症是一种年龄依赖性的进行性骨骼肌重量、质量与功能衰减的临床综合征,可提高老年人跌倒发生率和死亡率,寻找防治老年肌少症的方法是老年医学的研究热点。近些年,全身振动训练在老年肌少症中的应用价值逐渐被挖掘,尤其对体质较弱的老年人呈现出较高的应用优势。本文从全身振动训练机制、应用优势、应用建议、影响因素等方面进行综述,以有效指导临床医护人员制定振动训练方案,降低老年肌少症的发生与进展。 Sarcopenia is a common syndrome of age-dependent muscle mass,muscle strength and function decline,which can promote the occurrence of osteoporosis and weakness,increase the incidence of falls and mortality,and seriously affect the development of healthy aging in China.The research focus of geriatrics is to find the means to prevent and cure myopathy.In recent years,the application value of whole-body vibration training in sarcopenia is gradually being excavated,especially in the elderly who are not easy to participate in routine exercise.This article reviews the mechanism of whole-body vibration training,application advantages,application suggestions,influencing factors and so on,in order to effectively guide the clinical medical staff to formulate the vibration plan for the prevention and treatment of sarcopenia and reduce the occurrence and progress of sarcopenia.
