摘要
目的:观察黄连解毒汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗解脲脲原体、沙眼衣原体性慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例患者,随机分成两组各30例,对照组服用阿奇霉素胶囊,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服黄连解毒汤加减治疗,两组均治疗1个月,比较两组临床症状总积分及前列腺液PCR检查的变化。结果:治疗1个月后,治疗组症状总积分明显低于对照组,前列腺液PCR检查转阴率明显提高(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论:黄连解毒汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗Uu/Ct性慢性前列腺炎取得满意疗效,且黄连解毒汤加减可降低阿奇霉素的副作用,提高治疗效果。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Huanglian Jiedu decoction and azithromycin on chronic prostatitis of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)and chlamydia trachomatis(CT).Methods:60 cases of patients,who met criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral azithromycin capsules,while the treatment group was treated plus with modified Huanglian Jiedu decoction on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The total score of clinical symptoms and the change of PCR examination of prostatic fluid were compared between two groups.Results:After one month of treatment,the total score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the negative conversion rate of PCR examination of prostatic fluid was greatly enhanced(P﹤0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in patients of two groups.Conclusion:Modified Huanglian Jiedu decoction and azithromycin have satisfactory effect on chronic prostatitis of UU an CT,and modified Huanglian Jiedu decoction can reduce the side effects of azithromycin,and enhance the curative effect.
