摘要
目的对比热敏灸与电针治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效,并探讨两种疗法对血清hs-CRP水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2021年3月在我院神经内科就诊,确诊特发性面神经麻痹患者160例,随机分为电针治疗组、热敏灸组,每组各80例,采用House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级系统分别判定电针治疗组、热敏灸组总有效率,采用Portmann评分标准评价面神经麻痹的治疗疗效,并监测两组治疗前后血清hs-CRP水平,同时对两组治疗的安全性进行评价。结果治疗2周后热敏灸组总有效率明显高于电针治疗组;两组治疗前Portmann评分比较无差异,治疗1周、2周后热敏灸组Portmann评分均高于电针治疗组;治疗1周、2周后热敏灸组血清hs-CRP水平均低于电针治疗组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸、电疗疗法均为治疗特发性面神经麻痹的有效方法,疗效确切,安全性好。相较于电针疗法而言,热敏灸治疗特发性面神经麻痹临床总有效率更高,临床疗效更佳,且治疗后疗效越好血清hs-CRP水平越低。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of thermosensitive moxibustion and electroacupuncture in the treatment of idiopathic facial palsy,and to explore the influence of the two therapies on serum hs-CRP level.Methods A total of 160 patients with idiopathic facial palsy diagnosed in the Department of Neurology of our hospital from January 2018 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into electroacupuncture treatment group and thermosensitive moxibustion group,with eighty cases in each group.The total effective rate of the electroacupuncture treatment group and thermosensitive moxibustion group was determined by House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function classification system.The efficacy of facial nerve palsy was evaluated by Portmann score,and the serum hs-CRP level was monitored before and after treatment in the two groups,and the safety of treatment in the two groups was evaluated.Results After two weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the thermosensitive moxibustion group was significantly higher than that of the electroacupuncture group.Before treatment,there was no difference in Portmann scores between the two groups.After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the Portmann scores of the thermosensitive moxibustion group were higher than that of the electroacupuncture group.After one week and two weeks of treatment,the serum hs-CRP level in the thermal sensitive moxibustion group was lower than that in the electroacupuncture group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thermosensitive moxibustion and electric therapy are effective methods for idiopathic facial palsy with definite efficacy and good safety.Compared with electroacupuncture therapy,thermosensitive moxibustion treatment of idiopathic facial palsy has a higher total clinical effective rate and better clinical efficacy,and the better the efficacy after treatment,the lower the serum hs-CRP level.
