摘要 结合某铁矿山尾矿库尾砂泄漏事故,介绍了库内坍塌区充填、临时性封堵、开挖临时排洪设施、隧洞清理、永久性封堵等处理措施。实践证明,这些措施消除了事故隐患,减少了次生灾害。通过临时性和永久性措施的结合,能确保失事后排洪系统安全、快速及有效地封堵。 The paper introduces some disposal measures in combination with the tailings leakage accident of an iron mine tailings pond,such as filling of collapse area,temporary plugging,excavation of temporary flood discharge facility,tunnel cleaning and permanent plugging etc.Practice has proved that these measures have controlled the impact of the accident in time and reduced secondary disasters.The combination of temporary and permanent measures can ensure the safe,rapid and effective plugging of the flood discharge system after the accident.
