摘要
针对某厂长期以来的高温风机轴瓦反复性损伤问题和鼓风机信号跳变导致保护连锁跳机问题,对焙烧系统所属的关键设备高温风机和鼓风机进行优化改造:通过增加信号隔离器、完善信号电缆接地、优化PLC信号滤波程序,稳定了高温风机变频器输出频率;通过校正传感器、更换传感器延长线、增设信号隔离装置等措施,使鼓风机维持在稳定的运行状态。通过LabView软件接入NI分析仪对改进后的设备运行状态进行验证,证明改造措施有效提升了设备稳定性,减少了设备非计划性停机,保证了系统稳定运行。
In view of the long-term repetitive damage of the high-temperature fan bearing bush and the protection interlock trip caused by the signal jump of the blower in a smelter,the key equipment of the roasting system such as high-temperature fan and blower are optimized and modified as follows:the output frequency of high temperature fan converter is stabilized by adding signal isolator,improving signal cable earthing,and optimizing PLC signal filtering program;the blower can be kept in a stable operation state by correcting the sensor,replacing the sensor extension line,adding the signal isolation unit etc.LabView software is used to access NI analyzer to verify the operating state of the improved equipment,which proves that the modification measures effectively improve the equipment stability,reduce unplanned equipment shutdown and ensure the stable operation of the system.
