摘要
制造业产品的设计过程中需要大量的标准件,其中标准件数据是产品全生命周期管理的设计数据的源头之一,标准件数据的统一、规范决定标准件数据在其他系统的数据一致,保证了规范统一的数字化协同环境,促进了企业系统之间信息集成、交流和共享。研究了标准件的基础数据和企业内各个系统对标准件数据的需求,提出了面向产品全生命周期的标准件统一数据库构建和实现方法,对企业使用的标准件进行分类、编码、制定了数据模板、三维模型,确定了标准件的统一数据。该企业使用该方法在设计端CATIA软件进行开发实现了面向产品全生命周期的标准件统一数据库,所开发出来的系统在设计部门得以应用,效果良好。
A large number of standard parts are required in the design process of manufacturing products.Among them,standard part data is one of the sources of design data for product life cycle management.The unification and specification of standard part data determine that the standard part data is consistent with other system data.A standardized and unified digital collaboration environment has promoted the integration,communication and sharing of information between enterprise systems.Based on this,this article studies the basic data of standard parts and the requirements of various systems in the enterprise for standard parts data,and proposes a method for the construction and implementation of a unified database of standard parts for the full life cycle of the product,and classifies and codes the standard parts used by the enterprise,Developed a data template,a three-dimensional model,and determined the unified data of standard parts.The company used this method to develop the CATIA software on the design side to achieve a unified database of standard parts for the full life cycle of the product.The developed system was applied in the design department with good results.
