摘要
球面齿轮是一种新型齿轮传动机构,因具有两个自由度且可实现精确的定传动比,而广泛应用在仿生机械关节、机器人关节等领域。通过回顾球面齿轮发展历程,针对具有应用前景的渐开线环形齿球齿轮,对其制造工艺技术及装备发展趋势进行综述,并给出了今后需要解决的关键技术。
Spherical gear is a new type of gear transmission mechanism,which has two degrees of freedom and can achieve precise fixed transmission ratio.And widely used in the fields of bionic mechanical joints and robot joints.In this article,the development of spherical gears is reviewed firstly,and then the manufacturing technology and equipment development trend of involute ring gear with application prospect are summarized.The key technologies that need to be solved in the future are summarized.
