响应面法优化鱼腥草中马兜铃酸类物质的超声提取条件 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究鱼腥草中马兜铃酸类物质的提取工艺,优化最佳超声提取条件。方法以鱼腥草为原料,马兜铃酸类物质提取总量为评价指标,通过单因素实验和响应面实验讨论甲醇浓度、超声时间、料液比、超声温度、超声频率、提取次数等因素对鱼腥草中马兜铃酸类物质总提取量的影响。结果鱼腥草中马兜铃酸类物质最佳的提取条件为:甲醇浓度80%,超声时间30 min,料液比1.5%,超声温度80℃,超声频率45 kHz,提取次数1次。使用此提取条件,重复实验8次,马兜铃酸类物质提取量达(9.403±0.112)mg/kg。结论通过响应面法优化确定的提取条件简单可靠,适用于鱼腥草中马兜铃酸类物质的提取。 Objective To study the extraction process of aristolochic acids from Houttuynia cordata Thunb.,optimize the optimal ultrasonic extraction conditions.Methods Using Houttuynia cordata Thunb.as raw material,the total extraction amount of aristolochic acids was used as the evaluation index.The effects of methanol concentration,ultrasonic time,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic frequency and extraction times on the total extraction amount of aristolochic acids in Houttuynia cordata Thunb.were discussed by single factor experiment and response surface experiment.Results The optimum extraction conditions of aristolochic acids in Houttuynia cordata Thunb.were as follows:Methanol concentration was 80%,the ultrasonic time was 30 min,solid-liquid ratio was 1.5%,the ultrasonic temperature was 80℃,ultrasonic frequency was 45 kHz,and the extraction times was 1.The extraction of aristolochic acids reached(9.403±0.112)mg/kg by repeating the experiment for 8 times,with this extraction condition.Conclusion The extraction conditions optimized by response surface methodology are simple and reliable,and suitable for the extraction of aristolochic acids from Houttuynia cordata Thunb..
