摘要
以工字钢梁抗弯分析实验项目为试点改革以往按部就班的实验教学训练,探索以团队协作、自主研讨和反复训练的方式,以工字钢梁的力学理论为基础,从应变片粘贴位置、数量、连入电阻应变仪的接线桥路、支座处接触情况、加载等级等可能影响实验结果的问题入手,反复优化实验方案,使得实验结果更准确。
The experimental project of bending analysis ofⅠ-steel beam is taken as a pilot to reform the traditional way of experimental teaching and training and explored the practical teaching method of team cooperation,discussion and independent repeated training.Based on the mechanical theory ofⅠ-beam,the experimental scheme was repeatedly optimized and refined to make the experimental results more accurate,starting from the problems that may affect the experimental results,such as the position and quantity of strain gauge sticking,wiring bridge connected to resistance strain gauge,contact at support,loading level,etc..
