摘要
文章尝试从“医养结合”的视角出发,分析社区居家养老服务网络构建的现实困境,发现在资源整合、优质人才提供、社会保障体系等多方面都存在问题,提出针对性的解决方案,让这种以社区为单位的医养结合新模式得到推动与发展,突出新型养老的核心价值。
From the perspective of"combination of medical and nursing",this paper attempts to analyze the practical difficulties in the construction of community home-based elderly care service network,finds that there are problems in resource integration,high-quality talent supply,social security system and other aspects,and puts forward targeted solutions,so as to promote and develop this new model of community-based combination of medical and nursing,and highlight the core price of new-type elderly care Value.
