静松灵对小型猪脑区NO-cGMP信号转导系统的影响

摘要 以巴马小型猪为研究对象,探究静松灵对小型猪主要脑区中NO-cGMP信号系统的影响。将20头小型猪随机分为2组,生理盐水对照组5头,其余为静松灵(T1=15 min、T2=45 min、T3=75 min)试验组各5头。收集不同脑区组织后测定NO含量、NOS活性与cGMP含量。结果显示,注射静松灵后会使小型猪不同脑区中NO含量、NOS活性与cGMP含量均下降。在大脑皮质、丘脑、海马和脑干4个脑区内NOS活性均下降,而在海马和丘脑内NO含量与大脑皮质和脑干内cGMP含量会出现显著降低。结果表明,静松灵的麻醉作用可以显著抑制NO-cGMP信号转导系统。 In this experiment,the Bama miniature pigs were used as the research object to explore the effect of xylazole on the NO-cGMP signal system in the main brain area of the miniature pigs.Twenty miniature pigs were randomly divided into 2 groups,a saline control group of 5 animals,and the rest were xylazole(T1=15 min,T2=45 min,T3=75 min)test groups of 5 each.The NO content,NOS activity and cGMP content were determined after collecting different brain tissues.The results showed that after injection of xylazole,the NO content,NOS activity and cGMP content in different brain regions of miniature pigs decreased.The activities of NOS in the four brain regions of the cerebral cortex,thalamus,hippocampus and brainstem decreased,while the contents of NO in the hippocampus and thalamus and the contents of cGMP in the cerebral cortex and brainstem decreased significantly.The results showed that the anesthetic effect of xylazole can significantly inhibit the NO-cGMP signal transduction system.
