摘要
某制茶公司生产废水具有COD浓度高、色度高的特点,设计采用气浮-ABR-A/O-MBR组合工艺进行处理,介绍了该组合工艺的处理流程和特点、主要设计参数及处理效果。工程运行结果表明,该工艺对COD、BOD5、氨氮、SS、色度的去除率分别达到97.84%、99.73%、94.62%、99.74%、91.74%,出水达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准。
Production wastewater from a tea making company has characteristics of high COD concentration and high chroma,a combined process of air floatation-ABR-A/O-MBR was designed for its treatment.The flow,characteristics,main design parameters and treatment effect of the said combined process were introduced.The operation results of the project showed that,the removal rates of COD,BOD5,ammonia nitrogen,SS and chroma by the said process reached 97.84%,99.73%,94.62%,99.74%and 91.74%respectively,the ffluent water quality met the requirement of grade 1 in GB 8978—1996 Integrated wastewater discharge standard.
