摘要
目的探究个性化心理护理对甲状腺癌围术期患者负性心理状态的影响。方法选取2017年12月至2019年12月康平县人民医院收治的62例甲状腺癌患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,随机将研究对象分为研究组和常规组(每组31例)。常规组患者接受常规护理措施,研究组采用个性化心理护理,对比两组患者的心理状态评分及并发症发生率。结果研究组的焦虑与抑郁评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率为9.7%,明显低于常规组(35.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺癌围术期患者的临床护理中,采用个性化心理护理,能改善患者负性心理状态,减少并发症发生,值得临床应用。
Objective:To explore the influence of personalized psychological nursing on the negative psychological state of perioperative thyroid cancer patients.Methods:A total of 62 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to Kangping People's Hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the study subjects were randomly divided into the study group and the routine group(31 cases in each group).Patients in the routine group received routine nursing measures,and the research group adopted personalized psychological nursing,and compared the psychological state score and complication rate of the two groups of patients.Results:The scores of anxiety and depression in study group were lower than those in routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 9.7%,which was significantly lower than that in the routine group(35.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the perioperative clinical nursing of patients with thyroid cancer,the use of personalized psychological nursing can improve the negative psychological state of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,it is worth clinical application.
