摘要
目的探讨治疗性血管新生在尿道下裂手术中的疗效。方法2017年1月~2020年4月我院收治的尿道下裂患儿81例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,A组41例,尿道下裂手术中采用血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)治疗,B组40例,尿道下裂手术中未采用VEGF治疗。比较两组相关康复指标、手术成功率及术后并发症发生情况。结果A组创面愈合时间、住院时间分别为(8.61±1.16)天、(16.08±1.85)天,B组分别为(10.14±1.47)天、(17.92±2.24)天,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组手术成功率为90.24%,B组为82.50%,两组手术成功率相接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组术后总并发症发生率为14.63%,B组为35.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在尿道下裂手术中实施治疗性血管新生治疗能够促进患儿康复,保证手术成功率,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the curative effect of therapeutic angiogenesis in hypospadias surgery.Methods A total of 81 children with hypospadias admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2020 were selected as research objects and divided into group A(41 cases,using vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)during hypospadias surgery)and Group B(40 cases,not using VEGF during hypospadias surgery)by random number table method.The two groups of related rehabilitation indicators,surgical success rate and postoperative complications were compared.Results Wound healing time and hospital stay in group A were(8.61±1.16)d and(16.08±1.85)d,respectively,group B were(10.14±1.47)d and(17.92±2.24)d,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical success rate of group A was 90.24%,and group B was 82.50%.The success rates of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).The total postoperative complication rate was 14.63%in group A and 35.00%in group B.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Therapeutic angiogenesis treatment in hypospadias surgery can promote the recovery of children,ensure the success rate of surgery,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
