摘要
针对某型号喷油器研发过程中出现的雾化试验渗油和喷油嘴偶件卡滞问题,在分析研究问题产生的原因、机理的基础上,结合产品结构特点,通过优化改进喷油嘴偶件与压紧螺帽接触面积、表面粗糙度,设计了专用喷油嘴偶件夹持器,有效地解决了该问题。试验结果表明,喷油器总成雾化试验合格率由原来的50%提高到100%。
In order to solve the problems of the fuel nozzle coupling leakage and getting stuck during the development of a certain type of injector,a special nozzle clamp is designed based on the analysis of the causes and mechanism of the problems and combining with the structural characteristics of the product,the problems of the product were solved effectively by changing the contact area and contact roughness between the nozzle and the pressing nut and designing a special nozzle clamp.The results showed that the qualified rate of atomization test of fuel injector assembly is increased from the original 50%to 100%.
