摘要 为研究单层洞桩法暗挖车站初支扣拱拱顶应力应变规律,本文以某单层洞桩法暗挖车站为例,介绍了初支扣拱期间导洞拱顶围岩压力、初支格栅钢筋内力、初支及二衬拱顶竖向位移的监测方案设计,并对监测数据进行了分析总结。得出了单层洞桩法施工期间的三次围岩应力重新分布节点,初支拱顶竖向位移不代表拱顶围岩的竖向位移,只有施工扰动造成的松动围岩应力作用在初支结构上,设计过程中采用的"全土柱法"进行结构荷载计算安全系数较高,并进一步得出施工过程中控制松动围岩范围是风险管控的根本等观点和结论,可为类似工程提供参考依据。 In order to study the stress and strain law of the arch vault of the first-supported arch of the single-layer tunnel-pile excavated station,taking a single-layer tunnel pile method as an example,the monitoring scheme design of the surrounding rock pressure of the pilot tunnel vault during the initial support of the arch,the internal force of the initial support grid reinforcement,the initial support and the vertical displacement of the second lining vault are introduced,and the monitoring data are summarized and analyzed.The three surrounding rock stress redistribution nodes during the construction of the singlelayer cavern pile method are obtained.The vertical displacement of the first supported vault does not represent the vertical displacement of the surrounding rock of the vault.The loose surrounding rock stress caused by construction disturbance acts on the first supported structure only.The%full soil column method&adopted in the design process has a high safety factor for structural load calculation,and further draws the viewpoint and conclusion that controlling the loose surrounding rock range during the construction process is the fundamental risk management and control,which provides engineering reference for similar projects.
