摘要 采用EN-1型离子土固化剂对武汉河湖相淤泥质土和宁德海相淤泥进行了固化试验研究,并与文献报导的采用同种EN-1型固化剂的不同土样进行对比分析,讨论固化效果与土样之间的关系。对比研究表明:尽管单掺EN-1型固化剂对各类土均能起到固化作用,可降低土的压缩系数、比表面积与自由膨胀率,提高其无侧限抗压强度和粘聚力等,但对酸性土效果更佳;对于单掺EN-1达不到固化要求的土样,可采用复掺EN-1和水泥、粉煤灰等传统碱性材料的方法,由于酸、碱固化剂之间的相互抑制反应,为保证水泥、粉煤灰的效应发挥,可以加入碱化剂(如NaOH)调节酸碱度环境,保证固化效果。复掺EN-1不仅可以节省传统固化材料(如水泥、粉煤灰)的用量,同时还能提高固化土的强度。 The solidification tests for Wuhan mucky soil and Ningde marine muck with EN-1 ionic soil stabilizer are carried out.Meanwhile,the solidified soils with the same EN-1 in the literature are selected for comparative analysis to study the relationship between the solidification effects and soils.The comparative studies show that EN-1 soil stabilizer can solidify all kinds of soils,reduce the compression coefficient,the specific surface area,the free expansion rate of soil,and improve the unconfined compressive strength,cohesion,etc.It is more suitable for acidic soils.When EN-1 is mixed with cement,fly ash and other traditional alkaline materials,due to the inhibition reaction between acid and alkali curing agent,the alkalinizers(such as NaOH)should be added to adjust the pH environment,which can guarantee the solidification effect.The combined use of EN-1 with cement or fly ash can not only save the dosage of traditional solidified materials,but also improve the strength of solidified soils.
