摘要
随着影像学技术的普及,肾上腺意外瘤(adrenal incidentalomas,AI)的检出率呈上升趋势。AI良恶性的判别、功能评估、手术指征及随访观察等重要问题,对于提高AI诊治效率、改善患者预后具有重要意义,而国内尚缺乏指导性的规范。AI管理需内分泌科、影像科、泌尿外科、病理科、肿瘤科等多学科协作,故制订此共识,旨在为AI患者的全程管理提供参考。
With the popularization of imaging technology,the detection rate of adrenal incidentalomas(AI)is increasing.Identification of benign or malignant AI,functional evaluation,surgical indications,and follow-up are important to improve the diagnostic accuracy and the long-term prognosis.AI management requires multidisciplinary collaboration which integrates endocrinology,imaging,urology,pathology and oncology.This consensus is formulated to provide a reference for the comprehensive management of AI.
