摘要
采用常规陶瓷法制备SrM型永磁铁氧体,结合X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和B-H永磁材料测试仪研究了SiO_(2)和Al_(2)O_(3)添加剂在一次预烧和二次烧结过程中对样品物相结构和磁性能的影响。结果表明,添加剂在表面均匀分布,且一次添加SiO_(2)并不会导致样品中出现杂相,并可有效降低铁氧体对烧结温度的敏感性,拓宽二次烧结温区;二次添加Al_(2)O_(3)可以提高铁氧体的矫顽力。通过控制添加剂SiO_(2)和Al_(2)O_(3)的添加量使铁氧体的磁性能在B_(r)=422.4 mT、H_(cj)=249.1 kA/m至B_(r)=394.2 mT、H_(cj)=293.1 kA/m范围内可调。
SrM-type permanent magnet ferrite was produced by conventional ceramic method.The effects of SiO_(2) and Al_(2)O_(3) additives on the structure and magnetic properties of the samples were investigated during the first and second sintering processes.The results show that the first addition of SiO_(2) can effectively reduce the sensitivity of ferrite to sintering temperature and expand the second sintering temperature range.The second addition of Al_(2)O_(3) can increase the coercivity of ferrite.The magnetic properties of ferrite can be adjusted from B_(r)=420.8 mT,H_(cj)=228.9 kA/m to B_(r)=397.2 mT,H_(cj)=293.1 kA/m by controlling the addition of SiO_(2) and Al_(2)O_(3).
