福建省蛇源蛔虫cox1基因扩增与种系遗传发育分析 被引量:1

摘要 为探究福建省蛇蛔虫的分子生物学分类及种群遗传关系,在原临床诊断、病理组织学研究基础上,对送检分离的蛇蛔虫进一步使用引物对线粒体细胞色素氧化酶C-I区片段(cox1)进行扩增分析,并与NCBI登录的物种数据进行比对。结果显示,源自福建省的蛇蛔虫在分子生物学上与蛇丝状蛔虫(Ophidascaris filaria)、狮弓首蛔虫、鸡蛔虫等具有较高的同源相似性,同源性在90%以上,其中与蛇丝状蛔虫同源性最高为99.1%。本次对福建省蛇蛔虫分子生物鉴定的研究,为了解蛇蛔虫的生物分子遗传演化以及开展蛇蛔虫病临床防控提供了重要参考。 In order to investigate the molecular biological classifi cation and population genetic relationship of Ascaris in snake in Fujian Province,for the isolated Ascaris,based on previous clinical diagnosis and histopathological studies,the fragments of mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase I region(cox1)were amplifi ed and analyzed,and compared with the species data registered in NCBI.It was found that the Ascaris found in Fujian shared highest homologous similarity with Ophidascaris fi larial,Toxascaris leonine and Ascaridia galli in molecular biology,with a homology of above 90%,especially with Ophidascaris filaria(up to 99.1%).An important reference was provided for learning the biomolecular genetic evolution of Ascaris in snake and controlling the disease in practice.
