摘要
利用铁尾矿粉合成骨料取代天然骨料制备了新型透水混凝土,通过正交试验研究了合成骨料取代率对透水混凝土抗压强度和透水性能的影响。结果表明:随着合成骨料取代率的增加,混合骨料的表观密度增大、堆积密度降低、吸水率提高、空隙率增大;当水胶比为0.28~0.32时,透水混凝土的28 d抗压强度为20.0~33.6 MPa,透水系数为1.8~6.0 mm/s,符合路面面层和基层铺装的要求。
A new type of pervious concrete was prepared by replacing natural aggregate with synthetic aggregate of iron tailings powder,and the influence of synthetic aggregate replacement rate on compressive strength and permeability of pervious concrete was studied by orthogonal test.The results show that with the increase of synthetic aggregate replacement rate,the apparent density of mixed aggregate increases,the bulk density decreases,the water absorption increases and the porosity increases.When the water-cement ratio is between 0.28 and 0.32,the 28 d compressive strength of the pervious concrete is 20.0~33.6 MPa,and the permeability coefficient is 1.8~6.0 mm/s,which meets the requirements of pavement surface and base course.
