摘要
目的调查2型糖尿病患者的二元应对现状及影响因素。方法选取2019年12月至2020年8月常州市2所三级甲等医院内分泌科住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者183例作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、二元应对量表、Locke-Wallace婚姻调适测定量表对其进行调查。结果2型糖尿病患者二元应对总分为(126.17±20.58)分,婚姻质量总分为(114.40±20.90)分。多元逐步回归分析显示,性别、文化程度、配偶患有疾病、婚姻质量是2型糖尿病患者二元应对现状的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者二元应对处于中等水平,婚姻质量有待进一步提高,医护人员应帮助患者和配偶,采用正确的方式进行沟通与情感交流,提高患者的二元应对水平。
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of dyadic coping in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes.Methods A total of 183 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes were investigated by the general data questionnaire,the Dyadic Coping Inventory and the Locke-Wallace Marital Adjustment Test,who were hospitalized in the department of endocrinology of hospitals in Changzhou City from December 2019 to August 2020.Results The score of dyadic coping was(126.17±20.58)and the score of marital quality was(114.40±20.90).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the gender,education background,whether the spouse had disease and marital quality were the influencing factors of dyadic coping in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with type Ⅱ diabetes are at a medium level of dyadic coping and their marital quality need to be further improved.Medical staff should help patients and their spouses to adopt correct ways of emotional communication to improve their dyadic coping.
