摘要
奶牛真胃炎属于奶牛各类疾病中常见的一种,尤其是在奶牛产后25 d内非常容易发生,并且在产后6~10 d内发病率会明显提升,4周后该病的发病率降低,主要是因奶牛产后胃的位置会发生变化,导致其消化功能会受到一定的影响,同时由于养殖户的饲养不当及精料饲喂过多,导致真胃炎容易发生。该病发生后会对奶牛健康生长产生影响,甚至会造成奶牛死亡,对奶牛真胃炎的病因、临床表现、鉴别诊断以及防治措施进行论述,为该病的诊治及预防提供重要依据。
Bovine True Gastritis is one of the common diseases in dairy cows,especially it is very easy to occur in 25 days after giving birth,and the incidence of the disease will increase obviously in 6~10 days after giving birth,and the incidence of the disease will decrease after 4 weeks,it is mainly due to the change of the position of the cow's stomach after parturition,which causes the digestive function to be affected to a certain extent.After the occurrence of this disease,it will affect the healthy growth of dairy cows and even cause the death of dairy cows.Therefore,the etiology,clinical manifestations,differential diagnosis and control measures of true gastritis in dairy cows are discussed,to provide an important basis for the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of the disease.
