摘要 通过循环伏安测试法与线性扫描伏安法测试法分别研究了铅电解反应的可逆性与阴极反应的控制方式,论述了影响铅电解阴极极化的主要因素。对比研究了不同温度、添加剂浓度、活性炭净化电解液对铅电解阴极极化的影响。结果表明:在H_(2)SiF_(6)~PbSiF_(6)水溶液的铅电解体系中,铅电解反应为准可逆反应;提高温度可以降低阴极反应的极化度;通过调节明胶用量控制阴极析出铅结晶质量;活性炭净化电解液能提高电流效率。 Reversibility of lead electrolysis reaction and control method of cathodic reaction was studied separatly by cyclic voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry,main influencing factors for electrolytic cathodic polarization were discussed.It is studied the effect on electrolytic cathodic polarization of different temperature,addition agent concentration,electrolyte purification by activated carbon.The results showed:Lead electrolytic reaction is the quasi-reversible reaction in lead electrolysis system with H_(2)SiF_(6)~PbSiF_(6) aqueous solution;the polarizability of cathodic reaction can be reduced through temperature increasing;the lead crystal that separated out by cathode controlling,it is realized by adjustment of gelatin dosage;the current efficiency can be improved through electrolyte purification by activated carbon.
